Located in the beautiful Historic District on East Jones Street, you’ll enjoy the quintessential cobblestones and century-old oak trees that spurred Southern Living Magazine to name it the “America’s prettiest street.” With décor provided by 24e., Savannah's finest design and furnishings store, there is a lot of personality packed into this two-bedroom, one-bath house.

Decorative twin fireplaces, common in the historic railroad cottages on East Jones Street, flank the couch, a perfect blend of history and modern luxury. Original wood flooring and barn-style doors give the space a rich, unforgettable character. Connected to the master bedroom is a small study with seating and a desk, perfect for the digital nomad. Guests love the slate floors in the light filled kitchen, which has access to your private courtyard.

You’ll find a full-sized washer and dryer in the short, central hallway leading to the bedrooms.
The primary suite features a cozy queen-size bed with tufted headboard and a flat screen TV, while the second bedroom has two twin-size beds. The full bathroom has plenty of space and light to get ready for a night on the town!

Adorable house! Cute courtyard in the back. Location was awesome, walking distance to restaurants. Extra parking spaces in back were helpful on “street cleaning day” but would otherwise not have needed them.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Cottage was ideal for our vacation, being quiet and a safe neighborhood. It was nice to have a secure backyard and private parking available behind the entirely fenced backyard. A quiet place to sit with my dog at the patio early morning. The location is easily walkable to the river (for many restaurants), Forsyth park and many other parks to sit on the benches in the city) and to the market area. The decor was tastefully done and uncluttered. Nice to have a washer and dryer. Bed was comfortable getting a good night's sleep. If I was in the area, I would definitely stay again.

The cottage was beautiful and in a wonderful location. Well maintained, decorated lovely. Beds were comfy. We enjoyed it very much. I completely understand it’s August in Savannah, but could something be done to treat mosquitos in the back courtyard area? There were so many! I would stay here and would recommend to friends. Thank you!

We were in Savannah for the weeekend to attend a wedding and this was the perfect place to come back to after wedding festivities. Close proximity to everything we needed and most importantly clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Great little cozy/quaint house and perfect location

We totally enjoyed our stay! The house was spic & span clean and had everything needed. We loved the quiet location on the beautiful street and didn’t mind walking lots of places. We were missing a remote but got one after two days but we were only watching tv early mornings and late nights so not a huge deal. Highly recommend! The parking spots behind the house are an added bonus!
