This awesome house features a kin ensuite, 2nd bedroom 1 king & QN over QN bunk bed, a Tall QN blow up air mattress, 2 full baths upstairs and 1 full bath downstairs. These views make you feel like a rock star!! It is so cool watching Barges go by with all the seagulls following and dolphins swimming- it's so special! Open concept layout of over 2300 sq ft, a fully stocked Chef style kitchen with Incredible views from each bedroom- living and dining! A peaceful retreat where guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Google speakers throughout home & smart TV! The Best fishing/crabbing right off the pier- underwater green fishing light and stadium fish lights for night fishing. Just a few minutes to the beach. We provide a lot of amenities, so you don't have to pack so much! We provide pantry items, paper towels, trash bags, cleaners, seasonings, koozies, bathroom shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hand soaps, qtips , quality linens & towels. Folding chairs for downstairs, even bug spray for the yard & corn hole boards, Lots of lighting and lots of open room downstairs. Whether you're looking to enjoy the warm weather or simply unwind indoors, this property has everything you need for a memorable stay! We look forward to welcoming you to our place. You’re gonna love it!!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Turn off ice makers- turn up A/C to 75 or if heat turn up to 60
Lock up downstairs, take trash to can at the road. Please Do Not wash laundry . If something is stained plz let me know so it can be treated!
Pick up trash in yard, fish cleaning station, close blinds and leave remote on counter top
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking or vaping in the house, or on front porch- only under the house please. NO parties. NO pets . Respect our neighbors with your noise .
No parties or extra guests overnight without our permission

This home was amazing from top to bottom! The homeowner didn’t miss one single detail for our stay. A cute July 4th welcome basket to all the little provisions made our stay so easy and relaxing!

The home was exceptional! It was very clean, the kitchen was beyond well stocked, we had everything we needed and more! Tammy was quick to respond if I had a question and communicated everything about the house ahead of time. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well furnished and very nice.

This house hosted friends and I for our fishing trip with Texas offshore outfitters! This house is everything you want it to be and more. The giant porches wrap around the beachside give the coolest place to sit and relax. The inside is stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was a great stay we all really enjoyed it!

We live in Rogers, TX population 1200! Grew up in the DFW area. It’s so relaxing in Sargent- small town vibe. It makes me happy to share Sargent with others. I love that it’s not touristy and you don’t have to dress up ! Vacation to me is no makeup ,flip flops and slow paced days!

My favorite part is the view- duh?! And you can hear the waves too!! Catch dolphins swimming by - it’s Awesome! I love this house so much- I never want to leave!
