Open, spacious and an amazing view of the harbor. Anne and John went out of their way to make us feel welcome .

We have been staying on peaks for 30 years and this house takes the cake for the best view. You have an amazing view of the bay and can relax and watch various vessels pass nearby day and night. The house is clean and elegantly designed. It’s also a fairly short walk from the ferry which is convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would stay here again.

An impeccably maintained, beautifully furnished house in a breathtaking spot. Additionally, several family members who were working full-time during their stay had the benefit of strong wifi, not always the case on the island. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous home in a perfect location on Peaks Island. Waterfront location offers great views without feeling exposed. Easy access for the kayaks and stand up paddle boards. House is very walkable to shops and restaurants but off the main drag, so quiet. (Just a few minutes walk to the ferry landing.)New home with high-end appliances and nice furnishings. House equipped with everything you need - kitchen seasonings, laundry supplies, TV and Bluetooth soundbar for music, gas grill.

Water’s Edge is a beautiful, modern property with outstanding views of the water and sunsets on Peaks Island. We had everything we needed and lovely touches of luxury at every turn. Our family of 6 adults fit easily and had more than enough space to enjoy each others company and get away to the many nooks the property offered. The house is on the water with beach access yet is also a quick five to ten minute walk to downtown and the ferry to go over to Portland for the day or the evening. Anne was very accommodating and answered any questions in a short amount of time. We are already planning our next trip back!
