Carlos was very welcoming. Check in was easy. The home was clean & spacious in all the bedroom & bathrooms. Very comfortable beds (didn't want to get out of bed). All the amenities worked just fine. It was very quiet even with shops were near by. I would definitely rent this property again.

Mr. Gerber is a WONDERFUL host and housekeeping always does a beautiful job prior to arrival. This is the second time we have stayed at one of his properties and it was perfect. The layout was cozy, the home had everything we needed for a Thursday-Sunday stay, the neighborhood was safe, and he addressed my concerns very quickly. The only concern I had was upon arriving we could not get inside as the digital key pad batteries went dead. I placed a call to the host and he answered on the first ring (I was impressed). He then had maintenance come out the next day and fix the issue. There were two negatives to the property that we noticed, but they were not dealbreakers because we LOVE everything about the homes that this host offers. The grass was not cut, so it was itchy on our ankles getting into the house but we were not there most of the time. The other was that although there was an electric key pad with a lock, the bottom lock on the actual door knob is broken and spins in a circle so it did not make us feel completely safe because the door could easily be moved back and forth. Nobody bothered us while we were there and they did not bother the home while we were away that we know of, but that is one thing that could be improved from a safety standpoint. Otherwise, thank you once again for being the wonderful host that you are.

The place was really nice. It was in the perfect location near many shopping locations and eateries. I was able to get to family and friends quickly. The neighborhood was very quiet. I highly recommend.
