This studio apartment is located on the 25th floor of the Caribbean Sea View Apartment building, offering incredible views of San Juan. The space includes a full bathroom and a small kitchen, ideal for a comfortable stay. The building features elevator access and a secure entry system, providing both convenience and added security for guests.



Check-out: Check-out is at or before 11:00 a.m. Please ensure that you turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronic devices when leaving the property. Also, please lock all windows and doors and return the keys. Guests will be charged for lost or unreturned keys.

No additional guests/house parties: Guests agree that the property will not be occupied by more people than the number indicated on the reservation. Violating this rule will result in immediate vacating without a refund.

Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.

No smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Leaving the smell of cigarette smoke and/or cannabis inside the property will incur a $50 penalty fee.

Linens/towels: Bed linens and bath towels are provided. Bath towels must not be removed from the accommodation. Please do not eat in bed and do not sit on the bed or furniture while wearing wet clothing.

Bathroom: Do not flush paper towels, tampons, or sanitary napkins down the toilet. Use the trash can instead. Emergency toilet unclogging will incur an additional charge.

Damage: The guest will be responsible for paying for repairs in the event of any damage to the property.

Keys: Lost keys will incur the following additional charges:
$75 for lobby keys
$50 for elevator keys
$25 for apartment keys

The check in process was quite frustrating. The instructional video for retrieving the room key featured a different lock box than the one with our key in it. Additionally, the first elevator failed to stop on our floor, we had to go up and down twice before trying the second elevator which functioned properly. Most importantly, the condition of the queen-size mattress was unacceptable since it was wore out! It was also fitted with full size sheets. While the view from the room was nice, these issues greatly impacted our stay. The room needs a new mattress!

Initial confusion on check-in as we were directed to wrong lockbox. First day we had no hot water but was fixed by 2nd day. Main elevator won’t stop at 25th floor so had use service elevator.
