Our place is very cozy, the bed is so comfortable that anyone who sleeps in it will wake up feeling brand new! The area is super safe, and there are also cameras on the outside of the property to provide an even safer environment!

Amazing place in San Juan

Amazing place, very clean, great area close to everything longest drive is 10 minutes. Easy to get Ubers, highly highly recommend to anyone coming to San Juan!!!

This property did not adequately prepare for guest. There area appears safe and quiet but it is located beside the highway and the noise level was disturbing. It was very difficult to sleep, to make matters worse, the road repair crew was working several nights as well. Accommodate was limited, I did not see a pot/kettle for water. The bathroom did not have a mat amongst other things needed to make the stay pleasant..

Disappointed

The shower was dirty. Looked like mold was growing in the corner edges of the walls. There’s no whirlpool spa in the location. False advertisement. If you’re going to stay, make sure to bring your own soap and shampoo. And there’s no cable unless you put your own access in the TV to watch Netflix.

Great area and great space

Enjoyed my stay, this space is really good for two people. Calm area with food just a walk up the street was a plus, and pretty close drive to the tourist destinations like Old San Juan and Condado area. The people around were also very welcoming and friendly, the Salon Cafe is a great example. Overall very enjoyable stay!

Not great

Literally next to a freeway - not quiet at all. No soap in the dispenser on sink, luke warm shower. Not filthy, but not particularly clean. Can’t say I’d recommend this place for a solo female traveler. Also I had to reach out 3 times to get check in info - messaged through the app, texted, then finally a phone call.

Studio was clean and cozy. Bed was very comfortable! I had difficulty finding the address and the host was very helpful in guiding me to the place. He answered all my calls right away.

Perfect location

First of all this was my 3rd time in Puerto Rico. I have stayed in condado and isla verde in the past. The host was attentive and made sure everything went well in my stay. The location is in a quiet part of town, felt very safe and the apartment has very high end security equipment (codes and security locks ) you cant just go in and out so its very safe. I usually rent a car but this time me and my gf wanted to try out the uber in the area. Ubers were very cheap 3.00-5.00 tops .. the biggest mall is right by the apartment La Plaza de los America , plazita santurce like 8 mins away old san juan 10 mins away everything is very close .. lots of restaurants and coffee shops close by. There is cold ac in the apartment working tv with netflix , washing machine and dryer in building. I would definitely stay here again. Dont think twice just book it , bed is big and comfortable. Water is hot , and the whole building is kept clean. For the price you cant beat it and its in a very safe area and not too far from tourist areas.

Time Away

This was a last minute getaway, and it was everything we needed. The neighborhood was a little noisy during the day. The place was clean and very accommodating. Management was polite, and attentive to our requests. I recommend this property for future bookings.
