Check out this charming South Highlands home (built in 1950's) in my favorite neighborhood in Shreveport! Only a block away from the beautiful Betty Virginia Park & the beautiful Fairfield Ave.
This quiet & beautifully unique neighborhood is close to the best attractions of Shreveport: Betty Virginia, Norton Art Gallery, Centenary, LSUS, Brookshire Arena, Mardi Gras Parades, amazingly underrated restaurants, & more. And the Casinos!
The space:
I love this little space in a cozy/older home in the unique South Highland District. Each block has something different, and Shreveport has a very underrated FOOD and nightlife.
I really do love this home. It has the perfect huge backyard for pets and for socializing on the patio, not to mention you're just a block over from the most beautiful park in the City, BETTY VIRGINIA PARK & take a drive down Fairfield Ave. to see some of the most beautiful homes in Shreveport! Norton Art Gallery, GREAT Restaurants, etc. are all right near by as well.

questa casa vacanze si trova a Shreveport, in Caddo Heights-South Highlands. Great Raft Brewing e Querbes Park Golf Course sono due tappe fondamentali per chi ama le attività. Per un po' di sano shopping, invece, ci sono Mall St. Vincent e Centro commerciale Pierremont Mall. Anche Shreveport Aquarium e Centro Sci-Port Discovery meritano una visita. Dì addio alla routine di tutti i giorni e dedicati ad attività all'aperto come jogging e motonautica.
