I’m a Jamaican entrepreneur with a background in managing large construction projects, but this villa is by far the most personal one I’ve ever taken on. It started as a dream to create a peaceful retreat where people could slow down, reconnect, and experience a different side of Jamaica—one that’s rooted in nature, culture, and genuine hospitality.
We were just about to open when Hurricane Beryl hit and caused major damage. It was heartbreaking. But instead of giving up, we rolled up our sleeves, rebuilt, and poured even more love into the place. What you see today is the result of that journey—stronger, more beautiful, and even more intentional than before.
James Pointe is set in the hills of St. Elizabeth, just outside Treasure Beach, and it’s a place that invites you to breathe a little deeper.
