Cool and airy describe the feel of Villa La Sirena Ltd. Lots of double doors opening up onto the newly expanded sun and shade deck filled with comfy chairs, pool, and outdoor dining area allow you to make the most of enjoying this balmy climate.

Villa La Sirena Ltd. has just undergone a fabulous renovation making it a perfect place for a true family and/or friends vacation! If you are looking for loads of privacy including the deck and pool area than Villa La Sirena Ltd. is right for you. The villa sits on top of a hill allowing you expansive views of the Caribbean Sea stretching out in front of you. Just a few steps down and you are on the quiet beach!

Each bedroom has AC. Two bedrooms have king sized beds and double doors opening out onto the sun deck, private bath and a sea view. The third bedroom has a queen bed, a single bed, a futon and private bath. The fourth bedroom has a double bed and the fifth bedroom has a single bed. These bedrooms share a bathroom which is accessible from the kitchen.

From preparing breakfast and dinner each day to lovingly maintaining the yard, the Hill family will make sure your needs are attended to during your visit.

Walk down a few stairs and you are on Billy’s Bay beach where you can stroll down the beach and watch the fishermen unloading their catch of the day. Or if you are really fortunate to see a sea turtle coming up on the beach to lay her eggs! Enjoy watching the sunsets from the sunset deck perched on top of the cliff overlooking the beach. Join in on the almost daily sunset soccer game played on the beach. Or just sit back, relax and watch the waves tumbling over the reef and onto the shore.

Cook/housekeeper included, you just reimburse her for the cost of your food.

Heavenly location

We had a lovely, restorative week at La Sirena over Christmas. The setting is magical and we barely felt the need to leave the property. The beach is clean and secluded and has lots of nice spots to lounge in shallow water but is hard to go for longer swims due to reef and riptides. We really enjoyed being in a low key fishing village rather than on the touristy side of the island. Monica and her son took wonderful care of us and made everything super easy. We definitely hope to come back!

We had a great time. The staff was amazing, they went above and beyond. Everyone was so helpful, food was great and the patio area was amazing for all of us to hang out together as a family. We felt very safe, the beach along the area was so great. Quiet and peaceful, didn't have people hounding you to buy things. YS falls, Black River & Pelican bar are a must. We wanted to get a feel for the real Jamaican experience and we did. Would highly recommend, we will be back!

I cannot say enough nice things about LaSirena and the wonderful staff that takes care of the house as well as the guests. The house provided plenty of space for 4 adults with one room leftover that no one used. The house was beautifully decorated, very clean, and comfy! The back deck and pool! OMG! Absolutely beautiful! We woke up to the sounds of the waves and a delicious breakfast every morning! The view is to die for and the beach is just a short walk down a stone pathway behind the house. We will definitely be back to Treasure Beach, and trust me, we will be staying at La Sirena!!

Ms. Ida, Monica and Shep are the best! Rebecca and her staff from Treasure Tours were there to greet as when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed. The fridge was stocked and dinner was prepared for us since we were hungry after the long travel. The place is incredibly beautiful and exactly as described. The two bedrooms that share a bathroom are quite small--one twin and one full-sized bed in each take up most of the room, however the others rooms are very spacious. The pool is well kept by Shep and is really nice. The food is amazing and my husband is a chef so he knows! Can't wait to book this again!!

Perfect mellow getaway

We had wanted a place off the beaten track that was a lower key experience from commercialized Ocho Rios/Negril/Mobay, and La Sirena was perfect for everyone in our group of 8 (2 young teens, 2 adults and 4 grandparents). The villa was clean, spacious and private. We loved the outdoor space where there was a spot for everyone to relax. The management -- Rebecca and Debbian -- were super communicative. They were immediately responsive and helpful to emails to ensure everything was in order for checkin, and also personally after we had arrived. The onsite staff -- Monica and Taeshon -- were so friendly and took excellent care of us and the property. Monica helpfully accommodated our dietary needs and Taeshon also arranged for a fishing boat to take us to Lloyd's Pelican Bar from down the beach (highly recommend!). Overall, La Sirena was a wonderful time for all -- THANK YOU!

Perfect chill getaway

We (5 adults, 2 boys - 16 and 12) all truly loved our time in Jamaica! We were not looking for a crowded touristy spot ... this was perfect! We were spoiled by Monica and Taeshin all week... the food was amazing each day and the luxury of not having to worry about groceries or cooking was super special! We celebrated two birthdays during our visit and they whipped up treats to help celebrate! We felt safe and supported throughout the tip even when not at the home .... our van drivers, Captain Dennis and crew, and the local people were all kind. The support and communication from Rebecca and Debbian with Treasure Tours was phenomenal all along! We adventured to Jakes one day and enjoyed some food and drinks with amazing service. We walked a little bit down the beach and enjoyed snacks and cocktails at the bar down the beach. We also took an adventure with Captain Dennis (along with Taeshin) ..... we headed to the black river, The Pelican Bar and then hung out at a special little beach spot where we floated about on the shore line, swung on swings in the ocean and hammocks tucked under a thatched roof ... and the lunch!! so amazing <3 We loved out little beach area right down the path from our house ... where we were protected by the bigger waves and could explore the coral looking for ocean creatures. The pool and outside area of the home were Perfect for us! the hammock was a popular spot as well as the day bed for a nap! The pool was a perfect size for us and candidly, we spent most of our time outside lounging, playing cards, swimming, eating breakfast and dinner and napping. This vacation was absolutely perfect for all of us ... and we all want to come back soon!!

Amazing Birthday Trip!

Everything about the property and management was awesome. Monica is an amazing cook and such a sweet woman. Tasian is a great housekeeper and made sure we had an unforgettable week. Also, definitely do the boat tour of Black River and the Pelican Bar! It was the best birthday trip ever, so thank you all so much for making it such an incredible experience. We will be back!

We love La Sirena!

Hosts Debbian and Rebecca were attentive to our questions and requests. There were plenty of places to lounge and have conversations in and outside of the house. Housekeepers Miss Ida, Monica and groundkeeper Shep were all so friendly and took care of whatever we needed. Beds were really comfortable, WIFI worked well, water pressure was excellent and never had an issue with water staying hot. Lots of games and things to do on site. Loved the decor and style and couldn't wait to invite friends over for dinner. Will definitely stay here again!

Dreamy and doesn’t disappoint

We had the most fabulous stay at La Sirena, it fitted two families and a grandma and was well equipped for alfresco comfort, partying and fun. The beds were super comfy good hot water and the location was far less bug bitey than properties lower down the village by the sea. Monica and Miss Ida sure do know how to cook and can turn out the best of Jamaica’s cuisine, low key trustworthy and friendly Shep also kept the gardens and pool spotless and inviting. Bring your own audio speaker and a laptop for sunburnt kids and all in all you’ll have everything you need in a great location.

AMAZING

This Home is beautiful inside and out, everything clean and neat. The staff, are amazing, Miss Ida is a wonderful cook and so many interesting stories to tell. Miss Monica, what can I say, I walked in the door and connected with her, she is a lovely person with a wonderful laugh. Shep , I loved seeing him every morning, he would quietly do his job and disappear, but on a couple mornings, I got him to actually talk to me. Next time i will see those dreads down I hope. Billys Bay is the friendliest village I have had the pleasure of visiting, we were invited to go to a street party and karaoke, everyone was so friendly, i will deff rent here again if they are ever avail, seems they are pretty booked, but I will deff be back, lots of new friends

Fabulous part of Jamaican paradise

We have just returned from Jamaica where we had a truly superb stay at La Sirena Villa, Treasure Beach. This is our 6th trip to Treasure Beach, but previously stayed at Jakes Hotel and fancied a change. Uan picked us up from the airport and took us to the villa and what a nice surprise when we arrived to be greeted in the floral front garden by Miss Ida and her daughter Monica who had a lovely meal waiting for us. Our rooms were well appointed with an ensuite bathroom, air conditioning and comfortable beds (there are also two smaller rooms which share a bathroom off the kitchen). The spacious lounge had ample seating, a sound system, television and WIFI that had a good range. Breakfast was also served under the Gazebo where we had a beautiful view of the ocean and wall to wall blue sky. The pool , which was surrounded by decking , was very clean and proudly maintained by Monica's brother Shepherd who also maintains the garden. All of the staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about local flora and fauna. I had some interesting chats about birds and butterflies- both of which were plentiful in the gardens. A short walk down the garden took us to the beach with beautiful golden sand. In the sea, there are some patches of rock, but there are large areas for safe bathing (to the delight of our grandson). A short walk from the property, are a number of small bars where you can sample local cuisine or just a red stripe (local Beer). We found the locals were extremely friendly and happy to chat if you wanted, or just say 'hello' if you didn't. We booked some boat trips via 'Captain Dennis' who took us to Pelican Bar, Black river and a small beach for lunch, which he cooked on open fires. The villa was comfortable, with plenty of sun bathing area on the decking, and shade under the gazebo. The dining experience was amazing. Miss Ida gave us such a variety of food, and was happy to cater for all our special needs (lactose free, spicy, non spicy etc.) and stocked up with wine and beers before we arrived. Our diet starts now and we are saving for our return to La Sirena. ,

We have been visiting Treasure Beach every year since 2005 and from the very first visit we loved the welcoming spirit of the place and the strong sense of community. Over the years we have brought many family and friends out with us and they have all enjoyed their time in TB as much as we do. We married at Jake's Hotel in Treasure Beach on 14 February, 2008 and over the years our whole family has fallen in love with the area. Treasure Beach means a lot to us and has always been a wonderful place where we always want to return. Owning our own place in Treasure Beach is very special to all of us.
