Surrounded by mature trees and greenery, staying so central in Berlin was like an oasis. Excellent public transport and closeness to the shops made it practical for us to see the sights of Berlin.

Lovely oasis in the city

Very comfortable home in an oasis in the middle of the city. Beds were very good, sitting area was comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped to make meals. The garden area was very lovely and a nice outdoor seating area is provided. Would definitely stay again if I am ever back to Berlin.

Cozy garden ADU in Berlin

We had a wonderful stay in Annette's ADU in Berlin. The accommodation was comfortable and clean. We were on a road trip from Sweden, so we were happy to have a secure parking spot and easy access (10 minutes walk) to the train station, with frequent trains into the city center.Only caution I would mention would be that the owners keep bees, which did not bother us at all, but maybe concerning to a person who's allergic to bee stings.

Best place ever!!!

Everything was perfect. The gardens are beautiful and well cared for, and the chickens are a bonus. The house is just like the pictures, everything you need to make your stay just like home. Enjoyed a glass of wine on the patio with the sun going down and the hibiscus flowers blooming. Would definitely come back here again, close walk to the Sbaun, from there all of Berlin.

We had a wonderful vacation here. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Our host was helpful and kind. The garden was so beautiful, full of lovingly-tended dahlias and marigolds. The garden house was just as described: clean, well apportioned and well organized. We had everything we needed and enjoyed grilling outside. Our children loved the play equipment and trampoline. We would recommend it to other families and would happily stay again. Thank you!

Wedding Accommodation

We needed somewhere for overseas based family to stay so that they could attend a family wedding at the Black Barn. This property was a adjacent to other properties where other guests were staying. These groups were able to meetup outside of the official wedding activities. This accommodation was easy walking distance from the lake and was on the bus route to the wedding.

Wer etwas Ruhe mit viel Grün mitten in Berlin sucht, ist dort bestens aufgehoben. Das kleine häuschen hat alles was man sich für ein Urlaub wünscht. Alles sehr sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. Man kann es echt weiterempfehlen. Auch die Gastgeber sind supernett und stehen bei Fragen stets zur Seite. :) Die paar Tage, die wir dort verbracht haben, haben wir richtig genossen. es war einfach toll. Sehr schöne und super gelegene Unterkunft im Herzen von Berlin. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind Flussläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Unterkunft eignet sich ideal für Familien, da die vorhanden Spielgeräte auf dem Grundstück mit benutzt werden dürfen und dieses mit einem Zaun abgeschlossen ist. Küche ist bis auf einen Backofen sehr gut ausgestattet. Lieben Dank an die netten Gastgeber! Wir kommen gerne wieder.
