The massive holiday home is 40 square meters in size and is located on our 800 square meter plot. In the holiday home there is cable digital TV, radio with CD player. The modern kitchen is well equipped with a fridge, freezer, coffee, dishwasher and washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishes. Bedroom bed 1.80 x 2.00 m, bathroom with shower, kitchen with sofa bed, 1.60 x 2.00 m, central heating available, baby travel bed, bedding and high chair are available free of charge. Garden furniture is available on the terrace. WLAN available, bed linen, towels, toilet paper, liquid soap, kitchen paper and all additional costs are included in the price, non-smokers in the house, also suitable for children and seniors, not suitable for wheelchairs, pets are unfortunately not allowed because of the own cat on site. Due to the very convenient location, urban noise pollution from air traffic cannot be ruled out.
The nearby Weißensee lake with its cafe "Milchhäuschen" and the lido is ideal for relaxation and recreation.
If you fancy sports, you can play golf and tennis nearby, all within a radius of about 3 km.
You can also explore the Prenzlauer Berg district with its many different restaurants and bars, as well as weekly and organic markets and the many unusual shops for shopping. The Prater beer garden on Kastanienallee and the Kulturbrauerei on Schönhauser Allee with its clubs and cinema are ideal for relaxing and partying.
The district of Weißensee is one of the cradles of German film. One of the first films in history with world fame was made here, "Das Cabinet des Dr. Caligari ". Numerous film companies had their production facilities in Weißensee in the 1920s. Today the Caligariplatz with the adjacent former film theater "Delphi", in which cultural events take place again today, commemorates the cradle of German film. The "Brotfabrik" cultural center with its cinema also borders on Caligariplatz.
