Este hermoso apartamento de 75 metros cuadrados en el ático (ascensor disponible) se encuentra en el punto más alto de Berlín, exactamente en la frontera entre los distritos de Mitte y Prenzlauer Berg. En el verano, el sol se pone gradualmente detrás de los tejados de Berlín alrededor de las 9:30 p.m.Con una copa de vino, puede disfrutar del atardecer desde la terraza suroeste.

El apartamento está en la 5ta. Piso de un edificio antiguo bellamente renovado y excepcionalmente luminoso en invierno gracias a sus grandes ventanas panorámicas y puertas de cristal. Al mismo tiempo, las grandes ventanas y puertas de vidrio pueden oscurecerse con persianas si es necesario ... importante para los madrugadores ;-)

En 75 metros cuadrados hay instalaciones para dormir para hasta 6 personas: una cama doble y una cama individual separada en una habitación, así como un sofá cama extraíble de diseño ultra cómodo para 2 personas (con somier de láminas / núcleo de resorte) en la otra habitación; más otro colchón adicional.
Hay un hermoso baño grande con una gran bañera de esquina y una ventana alta, por supuesto, también una lavadora y, si es necesario, un sistema de aire acondicionado móvil en verano. La cocina está muy bien equipada (incl. Lavavajillas) para grandes fiestas de cocina. El ambiente de buen gusto se enfatiza aún más por las numerosas imágenes y obras de arte en todas las paredes. We’ve been to Berlin a few times and I think this was the best place that we have stayed. The location was amazing, quiet, but in the middle of everything. The apartment is immaculate and even though we didn’t use the balconies I could imagine they would’ve been awesome in warmer weather.

The location is very good and peaceful and the apartment is spacious . Once we put the heating on it was nice and warm . However , it is quite basic inside . No curtain in the main bedroom ( large patio door ) , no shower as such ( just an attachment over the bath ) , poor quality and stained bedding , a very old tv ( if you’re hoping to relax maybe in the evening to watch a film , you may struggle )

The apartment is lovely and we had a really nice stay. The location is amazing, the building is nice, the neighborhood is great, and the tips and communication were good. We had a small issue where no fitted sheets were left for the beds, but the host resolved promptly. Also, there is no real shower, only a bath with showerhead, as is quite common in Germany but may be different from some peoples' expectations. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great location, Quiet neighborhood

Great location as it was very close to all of the main Berlin sites. Close to Ubahn and enjoyed the quiet are. Owner was quick with communication before and during our stay.

Excellent apartment

My wife and I shared this space with a friend for a short stay and thoroughly enjoyed it. The apartment is really spacious and well laid out. The two terraces are a great feature, and we loved the neighborhood. I highly recommend.

Perfect Location

What a perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy Berlin. The accommodations were comfortable and complete with everything you need including a washer and dryer and the location was perfect. Surrounded by all kinds of restaurants and drinking facilities (and I do mean all kinds) you really didn’t have to leave the neighborhood but if you do, the mass transit system is so convenient and available that we had no trouble seeing the whole city (we purchased a Welcome Card which gave us access to all mass transit as well as discounts on some of the major tourist sites). I would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Berlin.

Great view in Berlin

Wonderful views from the balconies of this top floor apartment in Berlin. The place is centrally located within walking distance to many of the city’s attractions. A few quirks about the place:It really has just one bedroom. There is a pullout bed in the living room that’s advertised as the second bedroom. You have to go on a little scavenger hunt upon check in. The lock box with the keys is located several blocks away from the apartment. Not a big deal in daylight but would not want to try to find the lock box at night. There’s only a bath tub - as opposed to a full shower. And, the place could use a little sprucing up. However, we still had a good experience and enjoyed the views. Thank you your host for a nice stay.

Great host

The property is as described and in a great location for exploring the city. We had an issue on arrival where I had miscommunicated in the booking but the host was able to quickly suggest solutions that not only resolved the issue but made our stay much better. The host was empathic and genuine going above and beyond to resolve the matter. The property itself is comfortable and well equipped.

Good location

This is a good location for exploring Berlin, and the views are amazing. Lots of natural light. The apartment itself is fine but not the most comfortably-furnished or cleanest place we ever stayed (it really needs a deep clean, for example the slow drains in the bathroom). The check-in process is wierd and I’m glad we didn’t have to do it in the dark (you have to dig for a key in a wall of ivy).

Comfortable perch with balcony views in Mitte

We were a little cramped with 5 people but the space was perfect for our 2 nights in Berlin. The location is near two grocery stores and several pubs and cafes. There is metered street parking in the immediate area, which we used, and public transportation is also very close by. The kitchen is equipped with the basics for making meals or snacks. The bathroom is quite spacious. Communication for check-in was great. The owner provided updated check-in details and was quick to respond to questions during our stay.

Great location for young couples

Great place for young couples,great hip neighborhood, good eats, bars, yet quiet at night. The impression of unit is . It’s fine. Nothing that will make you say this is lovely. Picking up the key is odd. Would not want to do it at night. The tub is not good for someone with mobility issues. Patios are nice but plants need care. Everything was just ok. Nothing extra done to say wow you got to stay here.

Scammer and impolite host!!!

The most horrible host ive ever experienced. First, he was unreachable during out entire stay. The heating wasn’t working and it was snowing outside. We froze and couldn’t sleep. He only replied at the checkout date And starting accusing us of being 7 people and breaking furniture. All manufactured lies to get more attention money. The apartment is nice but its NOT WORTH YOUR TIME !!!!

Great apartment in a fun neighborhood

We had a great time at this apartment. We particularly enjoyed the roof-top (5th floor) location, the two balconies, and the views around the neighborhood. Our family of 4 fit comfortably. We had the kids sleep on the pull-out couch in the living room. It's not at all separated, which means that we couldn't use that room after they went to bed, but we knew about that in advance and were ok with it. The kitchen is small but totally sufficient for our purposes, and the bathroom has a nice huge tub. The neighborhood has lots of great restaurants, wine bars, weekly markets on different days, and tons and tons of playgrounds. Kollwitzplatz, Kulturbrauerei, and Mauerpark are nearby. It's helpful and fun to have bikes (which we did), but things are definitely walkable too. Overall a great place, which we would recommend.

Misleading description

A lovely apartment in a nice neighborhood but it wasn't a 2 bedroom apartment as described on the listing. In the end I had to move to a hotel as we specifically needed 2 separate bedrooms. Bed linen stained. The host responded to messages quite quickly (e.g. regarding the WiFi) but there was no resolution on the rooms. Check in wasn't a simple process as the key was kept several minutes walk away from the property.

No Heat, slow communication

First problem was how long it took to get a response. We had to wait 1-2 days for any response. The bed in the livingroom (called a bedroom in description) was a mattress on the floor. The apartment had no heat. It took 2 days for response and on day 3 were told it would be fixed, which it was. 3 days with no heat and it was cold enough to snow outside. Dishes I. Kitchen cyber were dirty. We had to wash anything we used in the kitchen.

Central Mitte apartment

Beautiful apartment. Exactly as listed. Comfy bed and very quiet. Great local area for food, drinks, culture and general wanderings. Close to U-Bahn and tram so everything in the city centres is very close to hand too. Robin was a fab host and responded in a timely manner. The apartment itself is comfortable and the two terraces are a real bonus for a top floor apartment. Looking out over the church and sunset, after a long day touristing, was just perfect. We’re already planning our next trip as Berlin is such a great place and the German people are so welcoming. My one suggestion for improvement would be to renew the black-out blind in the bedroom and add another to the side window which is not square. As it was early summer when we stayed the beautiful morning light woke me up at sunrise. But this wouldn’t stop us booking again as it is one of the nicest holiday lets we’ve stayed in. Thanks Robin. We’ll be back!

Worst stay in the last three years

Please read this carefully before booking. There are blinds missing on the windows and since it is the penthouse, the sun shines in at four and 30 in the morning in the summer. The television did not work when I mentioned it to Robin he didn’t respond until checkout day. Then he said I was demanding, why would you have a TV if it doesn’t work. In addition, this is the real kicker there is no shower in this apartment. The maid came the day of check out at 9 AM to start cleaning totally unacceptable. Lastly, the sheets for the pull out bed did not fit the pull out bed And had a stain on it. I would avoid this guy like the plague. I did speak to him and he promised he would refund me $40, of course he has not done that. It’s a shame because of the five Vrbo‘s. I stayed at all of them we’re excellent, except for this one stay away .

Ein toller Aufenthalt in Berlin. Die Wohnung war für unsere Konstellation, Großeltern mit drei Enkelkindern, genau die Richtige. Die Küchengeräte waren dort sauber, fast neuwertig. Nette Nachbarn gibt es auch in dem Haus.

L'appartement est très agréable et lumineux, 2 terrasses à disposition,le quartier est calme, commerce à proximité ainsi que des transports en commun.Par contre une belle baignoire où on ne peut pas prendre de bain, nous avons été obligé de vider le lave vaisselle en arrivant, les terrasses sont sales, bref le ménage laisse à désirer. Il manque aussi de la vaisselle.

This apartment makes you feel like living right underneath the sky, and that's where you are! Lay down on the couch and watch the clouds drift by, watch the sunset from the South / West terrace, and enjoy the thunderstorms in the fall an winter, when the rain is bashing against the large windows!
