The Space:

Located on the 2nd floor (please note: stair access only), this cozy space offers everything you need to feel right at home. The living and dining areas provide a great spot to relax or enjoy a meal, and the kitchen comes fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and all the essentials for cooking and dining in.



The bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed with fresh linens, while the bathroom is stocked with towels and toiletries for your convenience. Whether you're working remotely or just need to check a few emails, there's Wi-Fi and a dedicated desk space. It’s a great setup for solo travelers, couples, or anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and well-equipped place to stay.



Guest Access:

You'll have the apartment to yourself but no unauthorized guests please.



The Neighborhood:

Great location—just a few minutes from beach parks like Loyola and Leone.

You'll also find plenty of dining spots and bars nearby, all within a short walk or quick drive.



Getting Around:

Sheridan & Chase bus stop – about a 4-minute walk

Lunt & Glenwood – around a 6-minute walk

Morse Station – about an 8-minute walk

To help ensure a smooth and secure check-in, we may kindly ask for a photo of your ID prior to arrival. Your information will be handled with care and used solely for verification purposes.



Pets are allowed with prior approval and a per pet fee of $50. Dogs and cats only please. Pets must not be left unattended unless crated or confined, must observe quiet hours, and are not allowed on furniture. The pet fee does not cover any damage to furniture, bedding, or rugs, or extra cleaning required due to hair or odors.

This is a spacious, clean one-bedroom with beautiful hardwood floors in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood near a great beach. It’s far back enough from the street that you don’t hear street noise. Recommended.

Very disappointed in my host!After checking in, entering all information and being charged, I was told that I would get access information to the property within 48 to 24 hours prior to check in. At 10:30 PM the day before check in, I spent one hour on the phone with VRBO assistance to finally get the access information. When they finally got in touch with Christine at 11:30 PM, she told them she would send it in 1-2 hrs.! When I finally got the instructions, only then did it reveal that the apartment is a 2 story walk up. When we arrived, the apartment was cold. There was no dresser, shelf, cubicle, or any place to put our folded things. There was no bath mat, towel racks, or surfaces to put our toiletries. We were each given 1 bath towel for a 4 night stay. no surfaces in the kitchen for food preparation, no cutting board, inadequate light. She wanted to charge me 50 for a 1 hr. earlier check in. But she never responded to let me know if the room was ready or not. the area is nice, close to the beach, but Christine is not accommodating.
