As you enter, the formal dining room greets you on the right. The open-concept living room flows into a cozy breakfast nook and a fully equipped kitchen. Just off the hallway near the kitchen, you’ll find a convenient half bath.

The primary bedroom is located on the main floor, just off the living room. It features a massive en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and a large walk-in closet.

Head upstairs to a bright bonus room with a Smart TV and foosball table, great for movie nights or friendly competition.

Upstairs sleeping arrangements include:
- A queen bedroom and a twin bedroom on either of the upstairs full bathroom.
- Third upstairs guest room has a queen bed and a daybed trundle (two twin beds).
