The host was extremely responsive and kind. The house was better in person than the photographs depicted. It's spacious and well appointed. The location was very convenient to Franklin and only 30 minutes into Nashville. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book it again on a return trip.

We had a wonderful stay at this home for our girls trip and would absolutely come back. The location was perfect—just about a 20-minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants, which made it easy to explore without needing to drive everywhere.The layout of the house was one of our favorite features. There are multiple sitting areas that made it great for relaxing and catching up, along with a spacious, open kitchen that worked perfectly for our group. We also really enjoyed the charming porch swings and the backyard space—it was such a nice place to unwind.The house was well-stocked with everything we needed, which made our stay comfortable and stress-free. Wonderful home with very comfortable beds and great space for hanging out with family! It is on a busy road, but it is still very quiet and peaceful. Parking is limited to no more than 4 vehicles, but 3 is probably best. Karen was very responsive and helpful. Less than a mile walk into downtown Franklin!

Karen is a great host and this is a fantastic property! Spacious ranch house and outdoor area. The sleeping and lounging area at one end of the home was perfect for our son and his family which included 3y/o and 14 month girls. 3 large bedrooms at the other end of the home provided peace and quiet. We loved staying at this house. It was very convenient to downtown and had a nice backyard with corn hole to play. The house itself is beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. We had two families staying and we all had space to spread out or be together.

The house is in a great location in Franklin. We had my son’s family of four, my daughter and her fiancé along with my wife and me. The house had 4 bedrooms and three baths. A delightful place to stay!

The listing proves accurate with this large, lovely home. It offers everything you need for a get-away….stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, great gathering spaces, plenty of towels…..and corn hole and a fire pit! Great location in Tennessee’s best little town! Great shopping and restaurants….especially Halfway Market and LePeep!

This house was perfect for our stay. We were able to take nice walks in the morning and there is a Kroger just across the street. The house has lots of space with an open layout that is very nice when sharing space with both friends and family. We slept 8 comfortably. The outside space is nice with chairs available and lots of space not on top of neighbors.
