The property was perfection - the only thing that would make it look better is to edge the yard other than that it wasperfection. WE (my family and I) had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend this property.

AOY Tournament at Lake Waco

Stayed here for my son's final High School fishing tournament as it was conveniently located to the lake. This property is very well run by the management company...one of the best groups I've experienced. Very prompt when needed. House was immaculate, beds and sofas were very comportable. Highly recommend.

There were many things about this property that we were very fond of. The spacious living room, the game/bunk bed room, TVs in every room, the laundry room, spacious master bed/bath.There were a few things that were not ideal. Upon arrival, 2 beds were not made. I reached out to D&L & they quickly responded & sent out people to make the beds. When we went to get in bed, we did see long and short/coarse/curly body hair on the sheets & pillow cases. The bedding was clean, but not inspected as I’m sure these just stuck to the bedding in the wash. I notified D&L and they told me where I could find the key to get in the garage to get other sheets. I found them, but they were still in the packaging, which means I would have had to wash them and unmake/remake the bed. It would have been better if they sent people out to take care of this for us. There was some head hair stuck to the shower wall near the bottom in the corner, which wasn’t pleasant to notice.The grass/weeds needed to be tended to as it was not neatly manicured. The A/C thermostat was not reliable/didn’t work properly. I notified D&L and they sent an A/C repair man out to fix it. He had to turn the heater on to thaw the unit. This all wasn’t ideal.The fridge water filter light said it needed to be changed. I notified D&L and they said it was changed and they just didn’t reset the notification. The master bed has metal bars right where our heads went.. lots of head injuries for us and the our infant.
