Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
-Turn off air conditioner or turn heat thermostat down
-Wash dishes in sink and place in drainer on counter
-remove left over food and drinks from fridge
-Dispose of trash inoutdoor garbage can located on the west side of the house
-If outdoor grill was used, verify that propane is off
-Lock back door to laundry room
-Securely close front door and screen
-Return key to lockbox. Press any key to lock box after closing

Located in town along the main road to Bullion Canyon, it offers direct access to the Paiute ATV Trails a short distance away. The Cottage at Marysvale is a lovingly restored 1930s home with vintage charm and modern conveniences. Guests enjoy cozy interiors, a private backyard with a deck and grill. Gather with friends around the fire pit and enjoy the beautiful view of the Tushar Mountains — a perfect mix of adventure and relaxation.
