Filthy! The “linen closet” had towels and wash cloths that looked like someone had been using them as shop towels. One kitchen cloth in the same condition. Zero pot holders. A sliver of soap in the “master bath” and a half used shower gel sample. A burnt up baking sheet and dirty pots in the kitchen. Just an overall creepy place to stay.

This guest stayed 4 whole nights and never once mentioned our place was "creepy" or pointed anything out except the towels. Regarding the towels, she picked out the worst ones from the best and posted pics. The only complaint she told me during her stay was the towels so I had my cleaner to deliver her brand new towels & washcloths and I apologized for that. I was never told about the potholders, soap, shower gel, baking sheet or dirty pots. She was rude to my cleaner as well when she delivered the towels to her but yet we apologized again and thanked her. I gave her a 5-star rating to be nice because we try our best to be good to people. The house was overall ok when she left except for the very dirty floors and a broken wooden knife holder in the kitchen that I never even mentioned to her. We strive for 5-star ratings and you can see all other reviews are great. We own and operate 4 rentals and all across the board guest are more than satisfied. And to say we are "filthy" and "creepy" is offensive. We value all our guest and try to our best to please each and every one. So sad she stayed 5 days / 4 nights and was this dissatisfied which is shocking to me. Wish I had of known this during the stay.

This was a wonderul place to stay. Only a mile from beaver creek safe harbor marina. Good outdoor and indoor space. Very clean and the host was fantastic with excellent communication as needed. We would absolutely recomend and stay again!

Great Place to Stay

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very nice and was exactly what we expected based on the pictures. The owner was very accommodating with my request for an early check-in, and was very good in communicating with me leading up to our trip. Would definitely recommend this lake house!

Great time

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s located right up the street from the marina and it was very clean. Great communication was given and we enjoyed the provided games, wood and shower gestures provided.

Close to the Marina and Great Fire Pit

We really enjoyed the fire pit and close proximity to the Beavercreek marina! The house was nice and spacious. Parking area was huge. If we came back to Beavercreek we would stay here again!

Beautiful home, convenient location to the lake, clean, modern, spacious and only 6 miles from town.

3 bedrooms, queen sleeper sofa in the living room, 2 full baths, satellite t.v., board games, fully stocked kitchen, dining area, upper deck is open, lower deck is covered with swing, grill and fire pit. Plenty of parking for several vehicles and boats. Linen, towels, washcloths are provided as well as starter supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, soap/shampoo and firewood. Lovely spacious clean home.
