Rental Agreement

All guests must sign a rental usage agreement outlining the terms of their stay. By completing a reservation, you agree to:

• Follow our rental terms and conditions

• Provide a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in

• Complete a background check if required by the property management or owner

• Complete the verification portal to receive full check-in instructions



Verification Timeline

• Standard bookings: provide verification within 24 hours of booking

• Same-day bookings: provide verification within 1 hour of booking

Reservations that do not meet verification requirements may be canceled.



Pets

Pets are welcome depending on size — please inform us beforehand. Being upfront about bringing a pet helps avoid cancellations. Additional per-pet cleaning fees apply:

• 1–4 nights: $35 per night

• 5–29 nights: $250 per pet

• 30+ nights: $400 per pet
