You'll have the entire charming space to yourselves, perfect for couples, families, or friends wanting to explore Denver. - No Parties or Events: No unauthorized gatherings or events allowed.
- Guest Limit: Only registered guests on the property. Pre-approval required for visitors.
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect neighbors.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed.
- Trash: Dispose of trash in marked cans (979) in the alley behind the home.
- Damage/Maintenance: Please report any issues ASAP so we can address them promptly.
- Check-In/Check-Out:
- Check-In: 4:00 PM
- Check-Out: 11:00 AM
- Early Check-in/Late Check-out: Available for a fee ($15/hour), subject to availability and prior request.
- Before You Leave: Please start a load of towels (if time permits, but no pressure!), load and run the dishwasher, and lock all doors/windows.

AREA NOTE: This is a vibrant, walkable urban neighborhood. Some city noise is to be expected. If you prefer a quieter, suburban setting, this location might not be the best fit.

We've lived in Colorado for our whole lives and LOVE to travel. We've admittedly left our heart in many places after we stayed in an vacation rental. That's the feeling and experience we want to give to you at our home! By day, we both work in the tech field as a Software Engineer and a Recruiter. By night, we enjoy watching scary movies (well, all movies really), finding hidden gem, hole-in-the-wall restaurants as well as indulging in fancy, upscale fine dining, and hanging out with our english bulldog, Penelope. We are both well-traveled short term rental guests so we know what a host should do to create a comfortable and lasting guest experience. Our favorite countries visited: Singapore, Mexico, and Malaysia.

We have lived in this neighborhood for over a decade. The arts scene and the old homes really drew us in. We love how close it is to the college campus and downtown. This is our home and we have loved it for so many years.
