We were SO thankful to get such a lovely space on such a short notice. Our Son-in-law became ill and we had to find other accommodations - fast. There is plenty of room to spread out and fun things to see inside the home. The bed was very comfortable also!

This was by far the best VRBO I’ve ever had! Aside from the usual positive reviews, like being comfortable, clean, spacious, and full of amenities, it was unique and enchanting! Every little detail was some kind of vintage or antique. It was like visiting a museum! It was walking into a page of history. The kitchen was authentic 1950s vintage. The rest of the house seemed like Art Nouveau late 1800s. I’m not an antique dealer, but that’s how it looked to me. The incredibly tall ceilings and enormous doors, detailed woodwork, pocket doors, and stained glass windows were only the beginning. I was sure I was staying at the house with the Narnia wardrobe, waking each morning to see if Aslan had arrived! You don’t want to miss this house!

The Historical Water Street is being revitalized in Xenia. Historic land mark homes and buildings are being restored and repurposed. This property once a show place for entertaining family and friends, once again has been brought back to its original purpose

What makes this property unique

The Nesbitt House brings both history and comfort to our guests. A walk back in time where porches were made for sitting, where dining rooms were made for entertaining family and friends. Although there are modern amenities they are well hidden so as to not take away from the experience of the past.
