1.You'll see the address on the building with some stairs leading up and some leading down. Take the down stairs.2. Press any button once to light it up/turn it on, punch in the code. You have to hold the door in to help the lock pin release.3. If the door doesn't lock when you're leaving, you should turn the lock in and out from the inside, closing the door, then try holding the check again. If not that... maybe it has something to do with the lights?
