Whether or not you are coming to Columbus for a wedding at Franklin Park Conservatory, or to catch an OSU game, this apartment is centrally located so you can be anywhere in Columbus within minutes! The apartment is one of four that are available in the building, tastefully decorated in Blue hues. Parking out front on the street is easy!
Tastefully decorated and comfortable, this space has been recently renovated to include all the comforts of home! This apartment complex is on a quiet street with a school at the far end of the street, so your neighbors are few! This particular unit is on the second floor, so you will park out front - there is always ample parking - and walk up the metal staircase and go to the unit on the left. You will put in the code that you were provided and enter the apartment.
Once you enter the apartment you will be in the tastefully decorated living room, complete with sofa, chair, and smart TV. There is also a dining table for your eating experience - whether you want to cook or order out! The kitchen is beyond the living room, and then the bathroom and bedroom are at the end of the apartment. The bedroom has a nice double closet, king sized bed and a desk for the work from home traveler.
You will have access to an entire one bedroom apartment. This is located on the second floor of an apartment building. There are a total of four units in the building.

We wanted to let you know that our team is available to assist you between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm. However, we understand that sometimes questions or issues may arise outside of those hours, and we want you to know that we will do our best to respond as quickly as possible.
This home is within one of the fastest developing areas in Columbus! You are within walking distance of the Trolley District, which houses the fantastic NEW East Market. The East Market houses dozens of local vendors, dining options, and two full bars with an amazing back patio. Walk a little further and you are in one of Columbus' finest parks - Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens.
The street is open for ample parking space and the neighborhood is walkable.
You are an upstairs unit of a four unit apartment building. Please be considerate of the guests below you and your noise level.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings.
• We use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside the Property, a people counter which counts the number of people nearby, in addition to numerous neighbors who are understandably more sensitive to any outrageous noise!
• The guest amount on your reservation must match the number of guests that will be inside the House at any given time.
• Your safety matters to us! Our Property is equipped with friendly outdoor security cameras. These cameras are specifically placed outside the property, ensuring a secure environment for all guests.
• We do not allow 3rd party bookings. If found to be in violation of any house rules we reserve the right to end your stay and enter the unit immediately.
• We do utilize our local law enforcement if you cannot abide by these rules and you will be asked to vacate at your own expense.
• Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name.
• That you have a valid photo idea, verified email address.
• We have a 4pm check in policy and 11am check out policy unless authorized by upper management.
• If you wish to have an early check in time or later check out please ask and we will check with upper management to verify that this is something that we can accommodate.
• There will be a fee for all early check in and late check outs!
• Check out time is strictly 11am if this does not work for you please get a late check out or please be prepared or book another night. Enjoy!
• We also have a Moderate refund policy as stated by Airbnb. No exceptions!
• Absolutely no parties or events. We use a noise monitoring device that detects noise levels inside the house.
• We have a zero-tolerance policy and you will be asked to leave if any noise level beyond a normal conversation is detected.
• This community enforces quiet hours from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. It's important that we abide by those same rules inside the unit. Any noise level beyond a normal conversation may result in being asked to vacate the house.
•$100 fee for unreturned or lost key fob $75 overnight lockout fee
• No smoking inside the house. If you wish to smoke please set outside, no candles (there is a fee for this action) .$500 smoking fee if found to be smoking inside of premises.
• Guest agrees to contact us directly should any issues arise. Packages or mail may not be shipped to the house.
• We will not be responsible for receiving, lost, or undelivered packages. Lockbox must be properly locked at all times.
• No unregistered guests without prior approval and the number of guests may not exceed the number on the reservation. Be nice to our neighbors.
NO SMOKING IN HOME OF ANYKIND. If evidence discovered, a $250 cleaning fee will apply.
We kindly request that guests refrain from hosting parties or events, including bachelorette parties, bridal showers, baby showers, or any similar gatherings that could disturb our neighbors or violate our house rules. Our property is intended for quiet relaxation and peaceful enjoyment by our guests, and we ask that you respect this atmosphere during your stay. We reserve the right to evict any guests who violate this policy without refund or notice. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
