Thank you for your thoughtful review and for highlighting so many of the features you enjoyed, including the remodeled space, comfortable beds, patio, and easy check-in. We truly appreciate your feedback. We’re sorry you had trouble with the main floor shower. The shower handle operates by simply pulling down beneath the faucet, and we’re always just a quick message away if anything isn’t immediately obvious. We’re also happy to point guests in the right direction during their stay. Regarding the first-floor half bath, there are three decorative towel hooks mounted on the carved wood wall piece just beside the shower. We realize they may not be as noticeable as a traditional towel bar, so we’ll look at making them more visible for future guests. We also appreciate your comments about the main floor living room furniture. The seating is a lower-profile Scandinavian style, which is different from traditional higher-backed furniture and may not be the right fit for every guest. We appreciate the feedback as we continue making improvements. Thank you again for staying with us, and we’d love the opportunity to host you again.
