Children and infants are welcomed but we do not have many kid essentials in the apartment. Please message ahead of time and we will see what we can get to make your stay more comfortable.
There is no smoking allowed in the house or on property. Please do not book if you need to smoke. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged at the end of your stay if smoking is detected.
Take shoes off in the foyer please. Absolutely no shoes are to be worn in the house. House slippers are provided for use.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
