Excellent, newly renovated property suitable for a large family or multi-generational experience. Very clean with off-street parking for four vehicles. The only downside was that it was about 40 minutes to Cooperstown, the purpose of our visit. There is also nothing in Ilion except an Aldi, Dollar General, and liquor store.

Great stay for avoiding hotels

This was a great way for a group of friends, in the area for a convention, to spend more time together and avoid staying in hotels. There was an abundance of towels, dishes, seating, etc.! We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in this house while attending a family wedding. The house was amazing, clean and had everything you would need for your stay. Had a slight problem with the keypad but the host responded quickly and was able to get us in the house with a back up option. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. What a great house! We needed a spot in between Buffalo, NY and Worcester, MA to get together and this was perfect. Great space for gathering together with plenty of sleeping options for 8 people. Clean and open. I only didn't give it 5 stars because the beautiful house seemed a bit out of place with the neighborhood but honestly, it was perfect for us for a winter get together. No issues at all and host was responsive.
