The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Used futon bed linens can be left on the laundry room floor.
Please place all used towels in the bathtub or on the bathroom floor. This will help us easily collect and wash them after your stay.
To lock the entrance door, pull it shut and press the “Yale” button on the keypad. Double check that all doors are closed and locked before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests must not exceed the reservation count. Unapproved guests incur $15/night per person. Non-overnight guests need host approval.
All smoking, including marijuana, is prohibited indoors and in common areas(e.g., front porch) Violations incur a $500 penalty plus remediation costs.
Parking rules specific to each unit can be found in description. Parking is at your own risk, and the host is not liable for any damage or theft.
