The parking is a bit tight in the back alley, but should be fine for small car. Also parking on road is a bonus. Place is cute and the kitchen is an excellent setup. Suggestion would be a full length mirror. Gentle reminder that house cleaners should wipe lights switches, cabinets, fan above stove and tiles in bathroom. The HRV fans need cleaning and there was a faint musty smell. The bathtub drain is draining very slow so probably also needs a clean. Great neighborhood.
