Hacienda Hermosa consists of 7 villas on the property surrounding a central swimming pool. The Conchal Villa is a studio bedroom at the entrance to the property. It consists of an AC'd open room, a queen bed, a wardrobe, and a TV. The large bathroom has a walk-in shower with hot water. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, 2-burner cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and sink. There is also a barbecue on the property. The covered patio in front has a table and chairs. Perfect for a single or a couple. Enjoy your time in Playa Hermosa at our cozy studio.

We are the Rill family from Washington State in the USA. God led us to Costa Rica in 2009. We have a complex in Playa Hermosa, Gte, called Hacienda Hermosa, 2 ocean view condos in Playa Flamingo and 2 beachfront condos in Playa Potrero. We love Costa Rica and have been blessed. Both of our children graduated from an international high school and my wife taught there as well. We of course enjoy the weather where we can be outside year-round. Enjoy the planning stage as you learn about this wonderful country and we hope you will choose to stay with us.

Playa Hermosa has a beautiful blue flag beach. It is a quiet town close to all amenities including the airport, restaurants, grocery stores, golf, and many outdoor activities. The property provides a community atmosphere.

Hacienda Hermosa consists of 7 villas on the property surrounding a central swimming pool and barbecue area. Enjoy relaxing among our numerous avocado, banana, noni, orange, and mango trees. A small grocery store is across the street, and a larger one is 200 meters down the road. The beach is easily accessible as it is only 1 km (.62 miles) away. It is a quick 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk to reach the gentle shores of Playa Hermosa. We possibly have the most palm trees of any property in Playa Hermosa.
