It was nice to be able to have a place to return to at the end of the day and hang out and plan our next day.

Would rent again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the Blushing Belle for two weeks in April. The house checked all our boxes--number of bedrooms and bathrooms, outdoor space, offsite parking, and location. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, and the house was very clean. It's easy walking distance into the main historic district but is out of the thick of it so is quieter and has a neighborhood feel. Lucky Savannah staff were very helpful when we needed supplies and propane for the grill. The photos of the patio look better than real life--previous guests had not been good about keeping the seat cushions in the bin so they were very faded, dirty, and covered in pollen. We washed the covers so we could use them and hope people after us will remember to put them in the bin when not in use. There's a tree that drops a lot of debris on the patio (especialy when it's windy or rainy). We swept it as best we could, but you'd really need a leaf blower to do a good job. The umbrella is very shabby and near the end of its life, but it works well enough. The rest of the house is as pictured.

Lovely house in a great location

The house was perfect for our stay, very comfortable and well appointed. The beds were super comfy. We weren't able to use the back patio area as there was a severe cold snap when we were there but it looked very inviting. The location was great and safe and quiet. Was about a 20 minute walk to River St with lovely houses and shops to look at along the way. The ladies in the office were very accommodating and friendly to deal with. Would definitely recommend it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall good, but the appliances aren't the great. The stove takes long to heat up. The dishwasher pod dispenser doesn't work so you have to put the pod directly in the bottom before washing. The dining room light is very dark. The AC also is preset to very cold so you constantly have to reset it not to freeze. That might be a plus for some people. The bunk beds are on first floor not 2nd so the kids are on the bottom. The patio isn't usable like pictured. It's not manincured and weeds are up everywhere. The gate doesnt open or secure the patio so you cannot use it like intended. We loved the location and the 3 bedroom overall met our needs. Just some minor things that could improve to make the experience better.

The house had enough space for all of us and it was in a good location. We were able to walk or drive to most locations. I liked the balconies for quiet time and the kids enjoyed the streaming services. Free parking was nice; I would suggest marking the parking area in the back.However, there were a few issues. When we arrived, the patio was overgrown with weeds and there were dead hanging plants on the fence. Some of the weeds were over a foot tall, so it looks like no outside yard care had been done recently. There were also some empty bottles in the yard.Inside, the house met our needs. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were adequate with good water pressure, but slow drains. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, and glasses. We did find some food and food wrappers from previous tenants underneath the beds and couches when we were packing up to go home. The microwave door handle was broken, so be careful with it. We enjoyed our time in Savannah and these issues did not affect our stay. They were minor annoyances that a good cleaning and some weed-whacking could fix.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Blushing Belle house was phenomenal! It was very clean, comfortable and super quiet. It came fully stocked with personal items such as soaps, lotions and shampoo, as well as paper products and laundry and dishwasher soaps. It even had coffee and filters available. The dedicated 2 car on-property parking was a plus for us since we drove in to Savannah. The surrounding neighborhood was quiet and very walkable. There is a park with a playground a block away too.
