Why they chose this property

Vinisce and specifically the breath-taking view over the Vinisce bay is what made us fell in love with Croatia and what made us choose this quaint small fishermen village as the location for our villa.

What makes this property unique

We have been dreaming and planning this villa for 15 years, and it was designed by one of the best Romanian architects, Attila Kim, with the project completed and brought to life by a great Croatian team of architects and builders. The design makes it so each room has a sea view. It also gives a lot of privacy for each bedroom, since there are no two bedrooms sharing a wall.
Also two bedrooms are on the pool level and two bedrooms are on the first level, having the ground floor space between them, for additional privacy.
We put a lot of thought into each little corner and room of this place, trying to think of all things to make it comfortable and inviting, so we really hope you will choose us for your next vacation, so we can have a chance to show you our favourite corner of Croatia and our very much loved villa.
