3 story 1,800 Sq Ft Townhome-Dog Beach and Pool DIRECTLY across the street.
3-Story townhome directly across from the beach. Front facing balconies on 2nd and 3rd Floor. Top Floor is one big bedroom (Zero Gravity Adjustable King) and bathroom. Jacuzzi. Second floor--living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and 2nd bedroom with twin bed. Secure Garage Parking, WiFi, and Central AC. Walk across the street to the Rosie's Dog Beach or the city's beautiful pool for lap swimming. A 10-15 minute walk to 2nd Street--restaurant row. Walk a little further and you're at Naples Island where you can row and swim. The bottom floor currently has a bar and large table. Can be used as 3rd bedroom if requested. Near Queen Mary and the Aquarium. 3 months preferred, but let me know if you want longer/shorter. Utilities provided, however, no electric car charging. Landlord keeps small amount of storage in garage. re: Pets -- would consider small, well behaved dog.
