Great location-close to beach and close to restaurants. Lovely home, immaculate, comfy beds, plenty of closet space, well equiped large kitchen, offstreet parking, really cute front yard.

This place is a gem! The home is absolutely lovely. Very clean, incredibly well-stocked kitchen and linens, and super charming. The beds are really comfortable and the living room is perfect for lounging and spending time with each other. Having a garage to park the car was a bonus. Communication with Corey was wonderful; super responsive and thoughtful. We would love to come back!

Relaxing Stay Great Location

Wonderful location, clean, had all the amenities you could need. The hosts were amazing with communication. The fenced-in yard was great for my kids. My family and I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home base

We were delayed 1 day due to the airline, but communication was great. We loved our stay and would highly recommend to others. The beach was close (we loved Rosie's dog beach) and getting around LA was easy. During our 3.5 day stay, we went to Disneyland, Walk of Fame/Chinese Theater, Hollywood, Griffith Observatory, and Beverly Hills. Great trip!

The property was charming and clean. It is located on a busy street and the traffic noise was distruptive the first night...especially the bedroom on the street side. The second night we kept the windows closed and used ear plugs.

Family getaway

What a cozy home with gracious hosts. They were very meticulous in the details, As to where to park how to get there and provided a bed and child seat for my toddler. They also provided, Water, towels, and essentials. Couldn’t ask for a more pleasant stay for the 4th of July.

Perfect stay for a family visit

Cozy little house in a great neighborhood with easy access to family in Naples. House was clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything you might need including coffee! We were able to stream an important football game and access our own streaming services. It was so much better than the hotel we usually stay in! We will stay again when visiting family in Long Beach.

The winter holiday season is definitely a excellent time to visit as many of the homes on Naples Island and in Belmont Heights/Belmont Shore are dressed up for the season and there are the Naples boat parade and Belmont Shore Christmas parade each year! We lived in this home for many years and absolutely love the area! It has been our privilege to host guests from around the world and also help bring friends and family in touch with their loved ones in the area.

Belmont Heights is very family friendly and safe. Since we are a few blocks from second street, street parking is usually very easy and we have assigned parking as well. The beach and lagoon are nearby as are shops and restaurants. The aquarium is a must see and we are an easy drive to Disneyland and California Adventure! The area is diverse and perfect for all ages! We hope you enjoy your time in Long Beach!

We really care about our guests and are very responsive. As well, we are a unique rental in that we used this as our primary home for many years before we had to relocate for work, so it is not cookie cutter. Many guests find our place comfortable and well equipped. We hope to have the opportunity to have you stay with us!
