I had a wonderful time staying in this apartment. Very clean, quiet and so close to many restaurants. I was attending a conference in the nearby convention center. It was roughly a 12-15 minute walk. I found the neighborhood very clean and safe. I have no complaints. Should I ever come back to Long Beach, I will definitely stay here. Many thanks to the hosts!!

The studio is amazing! Clean, and cozy. The building smells like cigarettes but the studio doesnt and Kristina is amazing. Would rent again. She’s also very receptive and very sweet. Do not hesitate to rent from her.

Great location for walking to food, coffee shops and bars. Very clean apartment, small and cozy with everything we needed for our short stay. The coffee and tea selection were a great touch! We greatly enjoyed our time with our dogs, Kristina was so kind and even left some treats my dogs loved!

There wasn’t a garbage disposal trash wasn’t easy to access. The unit had a very odd odor. It wasn’t great being next to the alley on the first floor.
