This delightful ranch-style 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage is nestled in the heart of Franklin with over an acre lot. It offers the perfect blend of comfort, charm, privacy and convenience. Each bedroom features a plush queen bed with black out curtains, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, while the bathrooms are beautifully appointed—one with a luxurious jetted tub, and the other with a classic cast iron clawfoot tub overlooking the peaceful, tree-lined yard and picturesque bridge over the bubbling creek.

Start your mornings on the spacious back deck with a cup of coffee in hand, soaking in the tranquility of the park-like setting. Inside, you'll find a cozy living space ideal for relaxing, a fully equipped kitchen ready for home-cooked meals, fast WiFi to keep you connected, and a washer and dryer to make longer stays easy and comfortable.

Whether you're here to relax, recharge, or explore the charm and history of downtown Franklin, or city life of Nashville, this welcoming cottage has everything you need for a truly memorable stay. As we our guests to be aware we are experiencing some growing pains in our city and our road is having some construction done on the west side. The hours of operation m-f 7-3pm. Location was perfect for being close to Franklin, Downtown Nashville and the airport! Lots to do and see in the surrounding area!Easy check in and out, would come back and stay for location alone. The construction across the street may become an issue for quietness in the future, but we were out and about early each day so didnt bother us too much. Kellie always answered any questions or concerns promtly.
