Guests will have access to the entire home. The outdoor area is fully fenced and private. You can enjoy fire pit, BBQ, Swings in the backyard and dedicated game room in the Garage.

Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! The nearest metra is a 2 min drive, providing access to Chicago downtown and surrounding areas. For those flying in, O'Hare International Airport (ORD) is approximately a 40-minute drive, while Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW) is about an hour away. Parking is available on the double driveway and free street parking is also available.



Other Things to Note:

Please note our check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible, subject to availability, so please inquire. Parking is available in the double driveway and on the street. Guests are welcome to use all amenities, including the sauna, tiki bar, and game room. We are a pet-friendly property, and while we are happy to accommodate your furry friends, please inform us in advance. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. We kindly ask that you treat our home with respect and leave it in a tidy condition. The minimum age to book is 21. We are located in a quiet residential area, so please be mindful of noise levels, especially during evening hours. Enjoy your stay!

The location was also great—just a five-minute drive from the Navy Recruit Training Command. It was perfect for us since we were in town for our son’s Navy graduation. Fabulous location if you're coming for Navy boot camp graduation. So close to the base.This house has everything you need and can accommodate large families. The house is clean, stylish, and had everything we needed. Pool table, air hockey, sauna, and backyard with grill and fire pit were an additional bonus!

love the air hocky what a fun way to spend time with the kids! and after a long drive the sauna was a blessing. Also the fire pit and swings was the best way to end our day and spend time together.

We had a great stay in Pramod’s home! There were so many amenities available to us that normally rentals don’t have; little thoughtful things like hand soap, paper towels, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent and Kcups! There was even a hair dryer and shampoo. The appliances were updated and the property was so clean. It was -35 degrees during our stay so unfortunately we weren’t able to take advantage of the outdoor fun, but there is a wonderful backyard and pool table and tiki bar in the garage. We were there for RTC graduation and the location was perfect - a quick drive straight to the base! The neighborhood doesn’t offer much but Pramod has some great dining suggestions for us that were a 10/15 minute drive. It was a wonderful stay for my family of 7 adults!

At first there was some miscommunication with the pet fee but after a few emails it was resolved. The location is fine, but the living area in the house is a little tighter than expected.

Very nice and newly remodeled property. Would definitely recommend. Property owner was pleasant and attended to maintenance issues promptly. Pool table and air hockey tables were fun to play on. There is even a sauna on the property but we did not use it. Great location for being near the Naval base.

This home was a great, clean place to stay. It was minutes away from the Naval base. It was a quiet neighborhood with plenty of rooms and beds, and two game rooms: one in the garage and one in the basement. The kitchen was full of amenities, and they also had spices to help out with home-cooked meals. We used the washer/dryer daily, which was convenient, so I didn't have to return home to do our laundry. There was an outside pit we used. We enjoyed the mildly cool weather with a woods-like feeling. We used the gas grill, which was great because my sailor wanted home-cooked food. Overall, everything was excellent. Great experience, and the host was quick to respond to any questions I had. I give it five stars!!

This being my first short term dwelling experience, I could not help but feel as if I was on the 15th floor of a 5 Star hotel. Imagine, if you would, a floor plan designed for merriment, fantasy and fun. The repetitive uuhhs and aawws sounded like a rehearsed melody. Available amenities made it instantly feel like a home away from home. Bring your expectations and become surprised and satisfied at the same time. No need to worry or think shoulda, couldda woulda because everything you’ll need is already there. Without giving much more away, my stay at this well thought out get-away was one that I’ll always remember and never forget.

This was a very cute bungalow. It's old but well maintained. There was a roach in the bathroom, not the big cockroach but a small roach. I didn't see any signs of uncleanliness anywhere in the home, so we chalked it up to coming from outside. This isn't the best neighbor but we enjoyed ourselves. I'm prior military myself and many military installations aren't in the most desirable areas. It was convenient to the base, which was my primary reason for being here. Staff was very accommodating and available.
