We had a great stay. The house was clean and had plenty of space for everyone to relax. Communication with the host was excellent, and check-in was simple. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The house was beautiful and very clean. Plenty of room for everyone and the backyard was gorgeous! The host sent a lot of recommendations and we got to try several and it was great to have those recommendations from someone around the area. Easy to find and great location for getting to campus. Hot tub was great as well?

The host checked on up by message to make sure we didn’t need anything, which was very thoughtful! Clean home with lots of room for the kiddo’s. Even some sacks that the little ones enjoyed. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for my son's A&M graduation. Hunter was very sweet and let us check in early. Even though they had a guest in the house the night before, they rushed to get everything ready. In fact, he was at the house when we arrived, checking to make sure it was ready. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. Very quiet, on a culdesac. Hunter gave us alot of good information on places to go eat and coffee, etc. We had a great time and would stay again if the opportunity arises.

Hunter was an excellent host. We appreciated the communication and it made the check in/check out process very smooth. He also checked up on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. We also appreciated all the information about the area that he gave us in the days before our arrival.The house was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We were in town for 3 days for the Texas Amateur Athletic Federation Games of Texas State Track Meet and the house was a nice place to cool down and relax after spending our days in the hot sun. The backyard was spacious and the stock tank pool was refreshing. The kitchen was fully stocked and allowed us to cook our own meals in the “comfort of home.”We would definitely stay at this property again if have an occasion to come back down to College Station.

We had our first rental house canceled on us with short notice. Our biggest obstacle was that we wanted to host a ring dunk party for our daughter. After reaching out to the homeowner, he was more than happy to allow us to host the party. This house is perfect. Great backyard, spacious and very comfortable inside. The addition of the pool and hot tub once completed will take it over the top. All bedrooms were well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. House has everything anyone needs for a weekend stay, game day with friends, or a ring dunk party. And a great location as well! Hunters communication was exceptional from start to finish. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and hope this place is available for graduation next year! I give it five stars!!

We just stayed in this property for one evening, but it was great. The location is awesome! Right off Highway 6, so it was nice to be out of the congestion around campus, but it was also easy access to everything. The house was clean, well laid out, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and two living areas. The kitchen was very spacious and well appointed. Very pleased with this property! The bathrooms were well appointed with shampoo/conditioner/body wash and hand soap, and there was a nice coffee bar. Those amenities are nice because you never know what a VRBO is going to have and you don’t always want to bring all that stuff with you! The host was very easy to communicate with. This was a wonderful VRBO experience. Thank you Hunter!

The house was exactly as described! We were in town celebrating my daughter’s graduation and ring dunk! It has a great outdoor space. We had the best time. Hunter and Brittany were excellent hosts and very quick to respond to each and every question/request I had. They were super accommodating. I would highly recommend this property if you are in town.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming College Station rental! The home was thoughtfully decorated with so many cute touches that made it feel warm and welcoming. Every detail seemed carefully considered, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. One of our favorite features was the darling backyard. It was the perfect space to spend time playing outdoor games and activities. The cornhole boards were a bonus and our group had a great time in the backyard using them! Overall, this was a delightful place to stay, and we highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable, charming getaway in College Station!
