The house was near the Raleigh Convention Center. Clean and convenient. The road near driveway was closed for construction but we were still able to get access to driveway. Worth for near downtown Raleigh, NC.

We flew in from Denver for the hockey game, this place is perfectly located to downtown. You can make the walk or pay the 5 for an Uber. We loved this clean, simple and non cluttered home. The home offered everything one needs when traveling. Kitchen was perfectly stocked for us, bathrooms are freshly updated and it shows. The host has the perfect balance of communication without going over board or annoying (if you travel a lot, you know what I mean). If we come back, I will definitely look to stay in this house first. Please note, don't listen to Google. Person St is a one way street. Lol. Thanks for having us, we loved the place

Location is amazing in the fact that it's close in proximity to every place I needed to visit during my stay. The host is excellent with communication! Very timely responses to all of my questions before and during my stay. Property is VERY clean. We had no issues with any insects/pests. Home decor and color palette is beautiful. Total of 8 in my party. Few things we noted: (1) Master bdr closet, while beautiful and the closet itself is spacious, the barn doors provide minimal space for accessibility - they don't open wide enough for our liking. But alternatively we had plenty of drawer space. (2) Toilet seats in Master Bthrm and downstairs bthrm were a bit loose and we didn't have any tools to tighten them. My dad had a proper scare because the seat slid while he was sitting. (3) The host provided just the right amount of toilet paper for our 3 day stay, so thanks for that! (4) This is probably the most noteworthy - the front of this property faces an intersection. Many cars in this area blast their music and you can hear it as if a speaker is bumping right by your ear. This was an issue at night when we were winding down our trying to sleep. If a car with its music blasting was stopped at the light in front of the house, it would disrupt our conversation/sleep/whatever we had going on. It woke up my children and prevented me from falling asleep. (5)Master bdr could use another small nightstand AND easier access to an outlet by the bed. Overall, we loved our stay!

Hi Yonga, Thank you so much for your feedback and for taking care of our home during your stay. Our cleaners commented that the house was the cleanest they have ever seen :-) I appreciate you taking the time to point out specific concerns and areas for improvements. Here's what we've done in response: - Our property manager has checked all the toilet seat and has tightened the one in the Primary bedroom. - We have ordered lamps with outlets and USBC ports to provide more outlet options by the bed. As for the Primary closet, did you notice that all four panels can slide either left or right? This allows for left, right, and wide access when both middle doors are open. The one unfortunate thing I am unable to address at the moment is the noise level. Although we have sound-barrier windows, you can still hear loud music from outside when drivers blast their music as they drive-by. I will look into acoustic window inserts and hope that will help. Thanks again for being an amazing guest and thanks for the feedback!
