Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash: Gather all trash from the home and place it in the designated trash bins in the garage.
Lights & Thermostat: Turn off all lights and return the thermostat to a reasonable setting (72°F recommended).
Linens & Towels: Place all used bed linens and towels in the laundry room, and start the first load of laundry.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
