Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please used towels and robes in the washer — DO NOT TURN ON WASH. Put striped pool towels in the hamper in the laundry room. Thank you!
Gather small bags and throw them in the outside brown trash, located on right side of house. If you had pet stay with you, pick up all poop!
Please make sure to lock the back sliding door and press the lock button on the front smart lock when exiting. Thank you for staying with us!

Wonderful home to stay in. Close to everything and the backyard is fabulous! Highly recommend this home for a perfect visit to Las Cruces!!The owners really thought of everything to make for a comfortable stay and the Blackstone grill made for a couple of great dinners by the pool.

We had a wonderful weekend in Las Cruces for a softball tournament. This house was amazing, the pool was great after a long day in the sun. We arrive early are were allowed to check in prior to the 3pm check in time. The house was super cute and accommodated our party of 5 perfectly! Why they chose this property

Sonoma Ranch is the most highly desired neighborhood in Las Cruces (and I know that because my wife and I are realtors!). This specific neighborhood though is so close to trails, Walmart, golfing and more. When we saw this house we knew it was pretty much the best location you could get. On top of all that the actual home sits in a quiet cul-de-sac. We love it here!

What makes this property unique

Our home marries the best location, the coolest builder, with the most amazing amenities. The attention to detail and charm that property has, along with the intricate design is very different from most properties. We also tried to add as many amenities as we could, and are constantly trying to add on to that list!
