Central AC, and WiFi, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Walk to the shops and restaurants on 5Th Ave and 3Rd St. The beach is only 6 blocks away. Locally managed property with very attentive owners here to help with your stay. This is a 55+ community. Primary guest must be 55 years of age. No pets. Longer stays encouraged, please inquire about long term rates. Designated parking spot for the unit.

My wife and I have lived in Naples for five years. We moved from the Finger Lakes region of NY where we owned a restaurant and had two vacation rentals. We always try to be very responsive and can provide recommendations and insights about local activities, dining options etc.
Why they chose this property
We love Old Naples. You can walk to all o the best shops and restaurants and of course the beach! Take in a sunset then walk o dinner on Third Street.
