The Fairfield of Naples is the perfect location for your next vacation! This 2 bed, 2 bath is less than a mile to the Gulf of Mexico and just 2 miles from downtown Naples shopping & dining. Enjoy your morning coffee poolside under the palms and your evening cocktail on the screened-in, private, west-facing lanai to catch the gorgeous sunsets of the Gulf coast. Spend your days at the beach, golfing at one of the many nearby golf courses, shopping at the upscale Waterside Shops or exploring the natural beauty of Southwest Florida by checking out the many nearby walking & hiking trails. The condo has been freshly painted, newly carpeted and bathrooms have been updated. New bedroom set & couch (2025). Other features include: new A/C, heated pool, storage closet with beach chairs & umbrella, fully equipped kitchen, shared coin-operated laundry room, walkable to Publix and other stores & restaurants in Coastland Shopping Center and private parking for Fairfield. Walk or drive to the private beach park!

Great place to relax in the sun! Well equipped, can walk to the Publix and the beach. Owners are welcoming and responsive!!

The Moorings has the best of both worlds — peaceful and walkable, yet just minutes from downtown Naples dining and shopping. We love being able to stroll to the beach or grab groceries nearby at Publix!

As a realtor from the Philly suburbs and a mom of three who loves to entertain, I know how important a clean, comfortable, and well-stocked home is. My goal is for guests to move right in, feel right at home, and enjoy their own little home away from home.
