A big, nice room in an Amazing location across the street from the beach. It has everything needed for a great fun time :) it was a party atmosphere as you clearly hear the sounds of the Palace although not all night long and there is a certain end time. We received packages while there and the owner was kind and left some beach chairs for us as well.

We were very pleased with the location and all accommodations. Booking and making payments for our trip were made simple and hassle free. Arrived and greeted with a smile by the hospitality of Big Joe. He gave us a quick run down of the area. Everything was within walking distance. Beach,bar,music, pharmacy,food,etc. Rob and Valerie were available if we had questions prior to and during our stay. I highly recommend valet parking. It was the most convenient and inexpensive way to go.Room was clean,had everything we needed. Bars and Restaurants kick it up about 11am until 1am along the entire strip. Being from New Orleans area,I didn't mind the noise. The beach is a a few skips away. Rooftop pool/bar is a nice pleasure away from the sand open from sunrise to sunset. Definitely recommend.!10/10 from us! Thank you Rob and Valerie!

The suite was very clean. But does not have an ocean view. Over all we enjoyed our stay. It needs more lighting for walking up stairs. And the host are very nice and quick to respond!!

The room was okay the host was nice to talk to. We tried to lock our door be it seemed like the lock was broken. Also we asked for towels to go to the pool and they were all gone. I loved the proximity of where it was. All in all it was a good experience.

The place is nice loved the rooftop pool and how close we were to the beach. The only bad part of our trip was that Ocean drive was closed and parking was horrible. Otherwise we had a great time!

We're glad you had a great time. During the year-end holidays and some major Special Events only, Ocean Drive is temporarily reserved to pedestrians only. The parkings are just behind the property. The host was very informative before the trip, we didn’t need any thing while there so didn’t have to contact them. Although they did mention that new towels would be delivered on the 23rd but that never happened.

Great Place to vacation!!

We really enjoyed our stay in Rob and Val's condo at the Congress Hotel. Everything went perfectly and everything was in walking distance as far as shopping areas, the beach, restaurants, etc. I would definitely love to stay here again next time I'm in Miami Beach!!!

Location was very nice and convenient. If you are light sleeper, palace is right next door and is extremely loud at night. It really didn’t bother me and my girlfriend tho. But I can see of it did. Was clean and had everything we needed
