This vibrant and spacious second-row beach home is dog-friendly and offers five bedrooms and four bathrooms, comfortably accommodating families looking for the perfect coastal getaway.

Topsail Island is one of the few dog-friendly beaches around—dogs are welcome on the beach anytime, as long as they're leashed, making it a true paradise for pet lovers.

Four of the bedrooms feature king-size beds, TVs, and tasteful coastal décor, creating serene spaces to relax after a day in the sun. Two of the king bedrooms boast en-suite bathrooms for added privacy and convenience. The fifth bedroom – the bunk room – is a hit with kids and teens, complete with a twin-over-queen bunk, TV, books, games and an arcade game for hours of entertainment.

The heart of the home features an open-concept kitchen, dining area, and living room, ideal for family gatherings, shared meals, and game nights. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes, while the comfortable living room invites you to kick back and unwind. Step outside onto the deck for additional seating, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails.

While the interior exudes relaxed sophistication, the exterior of Cans in the Sand is all about fun and flair. The colorful, lively outdoor space includes a tiki bar, dart board, cornhole, and Adirondack chairs for soaking in the beach vibes. It’s the perfect hangout for the adults to enjoy a drink and unwind after a sunny day.

To make your beach days even easier, the owners provide a beach cart and chairs as a courtesy. With public beach access less than two blocks away, you're just moments from putting your cans in the sand and enjoying the Carolina coast at its best.

Cans in the Sand- 5 Stars for many reasons

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cans in the Sand – Surf City, NC Booked through Blue Anchor Properties We had an amazing stay at Cans in the Sand! Our group (4 adults, 3 kids, and a Labrador Retriever) found this home to be the perfect beach getaway. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to public beach access and tucked on a quiet street one row back from the ocean. The home is incredibly well-equipped with plenty of beach gear, outdoor games, and tons of patio seating on both the lower level and the upper decks. The brand new decking with built-in baby gates was a game-changer—safe and stress-free for the kids and our pup to lounge outdoors. Inside, we were greeted with refreshing A/C and a thoughtful welcome bag stocked with those "oops, we forgot it" essentials—such a nice touch! The kitchen had everything we needed (and then some), including two full-sized refrigerators and a wine fridge—plenty of space for all the snacks and drinks. All four king beds and bunk room were super comfortable, and every bedroom had its own smart TV—perfect for winding down after a day in the sun. The property manager Denise was excellent—responsive, helpful, and easy to work with from start to finish. We can’t recommend this property enough. If you're looking for a relaxing, family-friendly, and pet-friendly beach retreat, Cans in the Sand deserves all 5 stars!
