Nice and safe area to feel secure and comfortable. Near by all you need, from supermarket, groceries or cafes, restaurants, tavernas, etc. By the end of the street, 1-2 minutes walk you will find restaurants and cafes.

4 minute walk from Euaggelismos tube station just one stop from the Syntagma square

The apartment is really nice and brand new. Just fully renovated and fully refurbished. Breakfast: Just opposite the apartment is a bakery. A bottle of wine and nespresso capsules are available free in the flat plus coffee, tea, greek coffee.

Great location to stay in Athens

There were two particular aspects of this property that made this visit very enjoyable. Number 1 was its location. Easy walk to the acropolis, Lecabitus mountain and numerous restaurants and bars. Secondly, the owner Dimitris was very accommodating looking after our luggage before and after check in/ check out so that we could extend our Athens touring time. The apartment had grocery stores, cake shops, breakfast cafes all very close and very convenient

Nice flat in a nice neighborhood

Nice 3 bedroom 3 bath(2 on-suite) flat in a nice neighborhood. Great restaurants a short 5 minute walk away. $4-6 Uber to all attractions. Only complaints were middle room shower didn’t work and the door locks were very difficult to open. My daughter actually couldn’t get the door open and was trapped in apt.

Dear Ron. The shower in the middle room is working . U suppose to inform me and I was going to explain to you how to turn on the shower. It has a special peculiar way to turn in the water.

Great place and location

Loved out stay here! Athens was scorching hot while we were there. Air conditioning worked wonderfully. Lots of room for all 5 of us. Three bathrooms for us worked very well. We did not have to turn in the water heater because of the external temperature. The water took a short while to heat up at the tap but once it was hot it was VERY hot. Located close to transit and hop on and hop off bus. Bakery across the street was very good. Restaurants close by were also really good. I would tecommend this spot for anyone.

Very nice apartment

The apartment is really nice, but there were a few minor issues, which is why I couldn't give it a full 5-star rating. One room faces the street, and it's not quiet until 1-2 AM. The mopeds are extremely loud and rumble through the small street every minute. Anyone sleeping in this room should be a heavy sleeper, or it will be challenging. The apartment has three bathrooms, but only two were usable. Allegedly, the shower holder broke on the day of our arrival. This doesn't explain why the water was turned off. However, from the reviews, I can see that this problem has apparently existed for a long time. I would have appreciated open and honest communication in this case. The bathroom door also couldn't be closed. According to previous reviews, the door was difficult to close, and now they've prevented this by fixing it in an open position, so it can only be left ajar. Furthermore, the equipment was very sparse. Four forks and knives for a six-person apartment is a bit insufficient. Those were the disadvantages. Now for the advantages: The beds were very comfortable. The apartment is spacious and, for those who prefer, can be pleasantly cool. The connection to the metro was excellent, and the neighborhood is wonderful. If you're a good walker, you can walk to the Acropolis, and on the way, there are many delicious restaurants. The area feels very safe, and the people there are consistently friendly. There is a café and a supermarket right in front of the apartment ❤

Dear guest. The shower of the bathroom you have mentioned is fully functioned. There is a way to open the switch of the shower but is working 100%. The water was never turn off! I think u never manage to open the shower. We even checked now and is fully working. You suppose to tell us to help u if you couldn't manage to open the shower. or if you thought that it was not working. Also the door is closing and has a key that u can lock it. Thank you for the information about the forks to enable us to restock it. Regards. P.S. Better next time to address the issues which can be resolved straight away.

Very nice place

Very good looking place. Much better than local 5 star hotels, although that doesn’t say much because local hotels are not very nice. The owner was very good to answer our guestions and the aparment manager also suggested a lot of local foods to taste etc. The only thing not to give 5 stars was a bit trouble with not having enough warm water to shower for all of us and worries with safety of the water heating system. It was very very nice to have 3 bathrooms and showers, so that every room has their own.

If the day is not sunny you will need to turn on the heater and you will have lots of warm water. It only takes around 10 minutes for the water to be hot.

Overall great place and location!

We really enjoyed our stay here at this apartment! We were 5 adults and 1 toddler. Plenty of space and open area to move around. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths as described, however, bathrooms in rooms do not have a door, FYI. Was not a problem but good to know. They were amazingly flexible, as our flights were delayed and did not arrive until close to 1am to the apartment. Two guys came and helped bring our suitcases up to the floor and got us all settled in with instructions, etc. There is a grocery store and bakery just across the street, as well as a very cute area of cafes/restraurants etc, just a block or two away. It is about a 20 minute walk to the acropolis/downtown area. It is a nice walk with some beautiful scenery along the way. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would come again!
