We had a great stay at Dimitri’s place! The apartment is spacious, well equipped and feels like home. There were a few things the cleaning crew had overlooked but Dimitri addressed it right away. The location is also practical, close to shops, bars, eateries etc. We would definitely return— Thanks for a great stay!

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Athens! Fotini was an exceptional host from start to finish. Her communication was excellent, and she went above and beyond by arranging transportation for all seven of us from the cruise port to the apartment and then to the airport on the day we left, which made everything so easy and stress-free.The apartment itself was adorable, spotless, and surprisingly spacious. It comfortably accommodated our group and had everything we needed for a great stay.At first glance, the neighborhood may seem a little rough, but don’t let that fool you—it felt very safe, and we had no issues at all. It was also within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and attractions, making it a great location for exploring Athens.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Athens. Thank you, Fotini, for making our trip so memorable!

Fotini was wonderful and stayed up very late to help us check in at 1:00 am. She was very quick with communication and helped us several times with culture questions, such as taxis and restaurant tipping. We very much appreciated that the apartment had a washer and dryer. Thanks for a great stay.

Great Location and Amazing Hosts

This is a beautiful apartment that is well suited. It is just a few blocks from the Metro, but the Acropolis is only a 30 min walk. There are great restaurants near the apartment as well. The hosts are fantastic and were extremely helpful getting transportation for us when there was a city wide taxi strike. They were easy to communicate with and responded very quickly to our questions and needs. Highly recommend this property!

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Athens! Fontini was fabulous to work with - she was very responsive to our questions, and it was really nice to have her show us the apartment when we arrived. Great location - nothing is more than a 20 minute walk or 3 subway stops away. My only comment is that while there were 3 bathrooms as noted - 2 of them only had hand-held shower heads. So, we all ended up sharing one shower - one had a great rainfall shower head.

Wonderful, spacious, great location!This is a great apartment in a nice neighborhood. It's walkable to just about everything. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the balcony is terrific! The kitchen is well-equipped, with a washer and dryer that work very well. Dimitrios was very communicative, and his manager Fotini is amazing. She made our visit so easy. She also connected us with a van driver, George, who was also so nice and really helped us get around town.All in all, a really nice apartment hosted by really nice people.

We stayed over a couple of days after a cruise. The apartment was spacious and clean. We were greeted by staff to allow us to leave our luggage since we arrived before check in time and the residence was being serviced. I was contacted by the host and assured immediate response to any concerns or questions. Transportation assistance was also provided. Definitely would recommend!!!

First time in Greece

Owner arrange a van to pick us up at the airport. He was waiting for us when we arrived. Fotini met us at the apartment and showed us the property, gave us restaurant recommendations. Very clean unit. It was nice having a washer/drier to use in the apartment. Several bakeries/coffee shops in the neighborhood. It was about a 20 minute walk to the Acropolis area.

We only stayed for two nights before we left for the islands. This property is very close to the National Archaeological Museum and there are many restaurants and shopping areas that are walkable. The host was very accommodating in allowing us to drop off our luggage before check in time and provided us with a map of the area and recommendations for dinning.

Dimitris and Fotini were amazing hosts. Dimitris personally met us at check-in and gave us a walk-through and terrific advice about getting around town and places to go. The apartment is a classic Athens home with three bedrooms and baths, decorated with high-quality furnishings and terrific amenities. We will definitely book this place again next time we come to Athens with four or more guests.
