Perfect for families or alumni groups, it features 3 cozy bedrooms with queen beds, 2 modern bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Relax on the spacious patio with a grill, overlooking a large backyard. Pet-friendly, with fresh linens, towels, and a washer/dryer for convenience. Ample parking, even on game days, ensures no “Tech tow” worries. Ideal for campus visits, game days, or extended stays (discounts for business travelers). The home was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were only in town for a short while (road trip for college visits) but wish we had been able to stay longer. Should we end up with a VT student in the future we hope to be able to stay here again!

Our daughter got married in Blacksburg, and this house was great for our family. Inside was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable with nice pillows and comforters. We love the patio and large beautiful backyard. The host was very kind and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was perfectly situated close to campus. I came in with a 6x12 trailer to move my daughter into her first apartment. The driveway easily accommodated the trailer and my car with plenty of space leftover for two other vehicles. The house was very clean and the outside well lit. Nice little back porch and huge backyard. The house was fully stocked with whatever you would need for a stay, and it was very clean. Host was immediately available for any questions I had. I’d definitely stay here again, and if you’re coming in for a game, the location of this house is PERFECT—close to the walking path that leads to Lane Stadium.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the very clean and well supplied VRBO on Green Street in Blacksburg. Because of the threat of snow on Monday at our home in Abingdon, we left at 11:30am on Sunday to drive home. Thank you for allowing us to stay. Our granddaughter’s wedding on Sat the 8th turned out beautifully!!
