This property is as advertised. It is a wonderful family friendly self contained gem from the pool table and children games to the well stocked kitchen. It truly is set up for 11 people.I will call out that this is on the opposite side of Mt Charleston. The snow area is 90min away. Also, everywhere you walk is no trespassing signs. You travel down the road to be able to hike. But, again, you dont have to leave the house

My family had a great experience staying in this cabin. The host was always available. We did not encounter any issues but it was nice to know they were available incase we did run into the need to contact them. What is in the pictures is exactly what the cabin was like in person, if not better. Very cozy atmosphere. Absolutely recommend booking a get away here!

Host welcoming and responsive. Beautiful location. Cabin was spacious and well laid out. Kitchen appliances need some repair/updating. Oven had not been cleaned since some prior use so some initial smells when baking. Water for drinking needed to be hauled in. Not a problem but not mentioned in advance. Basement billiard room not heated so uncomfortable for winter visitors

Cabin is beautiful, and the area very peaceful. It is done an eleven mile dirt road, so be ready for a bumpy ride. The house has lots of space for a large gathering, and we had a large group and spent Christmas together which was wonderful and it’s hard to find that kind of space. The kitchen itself is small. The beds aren’t accurately described. There is a twin bunk bed in one room with a full or queen size bed and the bunk beds don’t even have mattresses-it’s just the plywood with a foam mattress topper on it. It says for kids, but I would think even a kids bed would have an actual mattress. The other bed in that room isn’t very comfortable. They also aren’t really well stocked. There was only two rolls of paper towels. They had a water cooler, but no water. A grill but no propane. Could have used more toilet paper. A smoke alarm battery was beeping in the basement and kept a group up all night. The basement area/room with pool table and pull out sofa bed didn’t get heat and you only have a little space heater to keep the large area warm. The dishwasher didn’t work and while we tried to reach out and get help with getting it going, we never did get is resolved while we were there. It was hard to hear back timely when sending messages. It was over the holidays through and a remote location so it would probably have been hard to get someone out there to fix it. All in all, it was okay. Maybe they haven’t done this for awhile and just need more experience.
