This particular home in Sarasota spoke to me instantly. It had incredible bones, beautiful light, and the potential to become a true modern retreat. I completely remodeled it — from the vaulted ceilings and custom concrete fireplace, to the hurricane-grade windows and spa-style bathrooms — to create a space that feels peaceful, clean, and elevated.
