Nice vacation home

Comfortable home; small, but relaxing pool and outdoor area. Location is close to stores/restaurants. We walked the local neighborhood daily and it’s a mix of some nice houses and some that are not taken care of. Katie was quick to reply to emails!

Relaxing

My husband and our dog stayed for 3 weeks in late January and early February. Our stay was awesome! We lounged in and around the lovely pool while our dog had free rein of the fenced backyard. The house was perfectly equipped, the bed was comfortable and the owner communicated quickly. We would love to visit again.

Perfect house for us!

My husband, his sister and I planned a trip to Florida, and this house was the perfect one for us! It had everything we could have possibly needed and more! The house was very clean, beautiful, and comfortable. It was a 10 minute drive to Siesta Key Beach, and had many dining options nearby. I was in touch with Katie during the trip, and she is awesome - someone I’d like to be friends with. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone who wants a wonderful vacation rental house. We could not have been happier.

Lovely, Comfortable and Clean

The title says it all…the home was exceptionally clean. Lots of space for all of us to relax in different areas, yet stay connected. Kitchen was well stocked but I suggest adding some non-breakable glasses to use outside. While on the small side, the bathrooms are very functional. Beds were comfortable. My favorite space was the Florida room for early morning coffee. The outdoor patio was great and pool was warm and clean. Highly recommend this home.

Perfect location

House was beautiful. Loved everything about it. Very clean, lovely pool, and perfect central location to shops and restaurants. Only a few minutes to beautiful Siestas Keys Beach.

Wedding accomodations

We were in town for a wedding and needed a place near Stoneybrook Golf Club. Excellent accommodations. Modern updates throughout. Beautifully furnished. Comfortable furniture. Excellent WiFi, Great neighborhood. Beautiful pool and outdoor space. Close to beach and anything we needed. Property manager easily accessible and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!!

Perfect for a relaxing week

Cleanliness is the first thing that we worry about and this place definitely met our expectations. The house was adorable & had everything we needed to have a fantastic & restful week. The pool was wonderful & the beach was just a short drive away.

Sarasota 2025 New Years stay

We really enjoyed our 5 night stay at this property. The house and grounds are very well maintained and everything was in good working order.There were lots of kitchen supplies along with pool toys, floaties and chairs etc for a day at the beach.Our host provided us with information about the house and suggestions for things to do in the area and restaurants options.The property is located in a nice area and close to many things to do and see in the area.We would definitely stay in this property again.

Very well furnished home in a quiet area. Good sized pool with a nice deck area/seating etc. Only a few miles from the beach and close to restaurants/shops etc We enjoyed our time there and will return.

Siesta Key

Absolutely fantastic. Would stay here again. Pool is spectacular, relaxing and refreshing. Drive to Siesta Key beach is less than 5 mins. Property was all the chairs and umbrellas to make the trip perfect!

Sarasota Visit

This home is cozy and well provisioned. Very clean and consistent with photos. Neighborhood is quiet and great location for walking to restaurants. We visited Sarasota to visit friends and would rebook this property.

Nice updated property

This is an older home that has been beautifully updated. It is in a nice area with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Not far from siesta key. The pool was a great place to finish the day.

Great Sarasota Getaway!

My husband, our pup and I enjoyed our 2 week stay in this house. It looks exactly like the photos--nicely decorated and very comfortable. The heated pool is a good size and everything was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen has all the basics so we cooked some of the time, but also got take-out from some of the many good, nearby restaurants. The locations is perfect--in a quiet neighborhood, but close to everything. This home has everything you need for a perfect Sarasota getaway!

Home was decorated very nice however we put a few things away while we were there to access table tops. Master bed frame was all but broken and owner replaced it asap. Could use new skillets. Clean older home in nice neighborhood. Private heated pool was wonderful.

Excellent - I would have stayed longer if I could!

Everything about this home was perfect. It was clean, well furnished, bright and airy, and very comfy! My family especially loved the TVs in every room. I loved the beautiful, peaceful pool and shaded sitting area. We enjoyed walking the pleasant neighborhood and walking to the variety of restaurants in Gulf Gate Village. This location is convenient to beaches and shopping and host was quick to respond. We would love to come back again. Highly recommend.
